Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Columbia, MO, is seeking an Installation Technician for our heavy bay operations. You will perform MIG welding, fabrication and assembly in the up-fit and installation of equipment on heavy-duty work trucks, reading schematics and blueprints to ensure precise installations and repairs.

The role requires basic shop math, hand dexterity, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with welding, electrical, hydraulics is a plus; a technical degree is helpful but

Qualifications

• Basic shop math and ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams & blueprints.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
• Must be willing to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes.
• Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications (i.e., welding, electrical, hydraulics), not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding, fabrication and assembly for up-fit and installation on heavy-duty work truck builds.
