Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Huntley, IL is seeking an Installation Technician for the night shift (4:00PM–2:00AM, Mon–Fri) to assemble and install multi-purpose equipment on heavy-duty trucks. You will read schematics, perform shop math, and weld using MIG techniques in a collaborative setting.

Experience in manufacturing, wiring/electrical systems or hydraulics is a plus; a technical degree is helpful. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Basic shop math & ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams & blueprints.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
• Must be willing to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes.
• Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding, fabrication, and some assembly in the up-fit/installation of equipment on heavy-duty trucks.
• Read schematics, diagrams, blueprints; perform shop math; ensure accurate installations and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair work; knowledge of wiring/electrical systems or hydraulics is a plus.
