Job summary

The incumbent will teach workshops and courses, develop curricula, evaluate participant progress, and provide tutoring and advisement to students in the Workforce Development and Community Education Division.

Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty, supporting program accreditation, and participating in department activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Four (4) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Teaches workshops, seminars, and courses using effective teaching methods and management.
• Develops new programs, workshops, and courses and syllabi; revises existing programs.
• Selects and maintains teaching materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintains participant records and counseling notes; evaluates progress.
• Provides advisement and tutoring to participants to support program completion.
• Schedules office hours to aid student progress; collaborates with faculty and staff.
• Participates in meetings and committee work; supports program accreditation.
