Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Welding Tech or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous welding, fabrication, or tool and die experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair forging dies by welding, finishing, and fitting.
• Maintain die steel integrity with proper heat cycles.
• Polish dies post-CNC to required surface finish.
• Inspect tooling for defects and conformity to specs.
• Set up and troubleshoot robotic MIG weld cells.
• Fit and assemble parts to repair/modify dies.
• Document process steps and ensure compliance with procedures.
