Job summary

Kobeal in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Process Tech to support forging operations, diagnose issues, and drive cycle-time reductions through process improvements (robot programming). You will perform audits and ensure KAAP policy compliance to boost safety and quality.

Responsibilities include launching new products, modifying dies, reducing scrap, and applying 5S and safety practices in a hot, noisy industrial environment. High school diploma and relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Forging or stamping environment.
• 5 years related experience in trouble shooting and robot programming.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Help launch new products and assist in modifications that needed to be installed on dies when needed
• Reduce C.T. during manufacturing process. Make process improvements to help reduce scrap
• Perform process audits and report nonconformances to the production staff and correct immediately if possible
• Utilize knowledge of forging processes to manage safety, improve quality, and optimize production
