Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent training.

• Ability to lead and coordinate teams and communicate effectively.
• Certifications like AWS Welding Supervisor, CWI, or SCWI are preferred.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality management, technical documentation, and computer software.
• Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Welding Supervisor, CWI, or SCWI.
• Ability to interpret technical materials, apply mathematical concepts, and evaluate practical problems.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, lifting, and working with mechanical equipment in an industrial environment.
