Western Precision Manufacturing is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support welding crews on various job sites in Colorado. You will assist with material handling, site setup, cleanup, and general labor tasks while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

No welding experience is required, but willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and reliability are essential. You will travel to job sites as needed and follow all safety procedures while contributing to efficient welding and

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction and jobsite practices.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work around welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist welders with daily jobsite activities and setup.
• Load, unload, move, and stage tools and materials.
• Prepare materials and work areas for welding.
• Assist with grinding, cleaning, cutting, and measuring.
• Set up and tear down equipment; maintain a clean jobsite.
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
• Follow directions from supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety procedures.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment.
• Perform other general labor tasks as needed.
