Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or coordinating a labor force in construction or aerospace.
• Experience with welding construction projects and field execution.
• Ability to read piping diagrams, isometrics and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day welding project execution on Starbase site.
• Lead site logistics, scheduling, quality control, and resource allocation.
• Manage welding asset deliveries, storage, and site cleanliness.
• Oversee safety programs and compliance for welding work areas.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering, and facilities teams.
• Develop cost estimates, bids, and manage budgets for weld packages.
• Review drawings and field changes for constructability.
• Supervise welders and fitters, plan daily priorities.
