Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of a manufacturing environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions written in English.

Responsibilities

• Check parts for conformance to customer standards using gauge and full visual inspection.
• Rack/box and label frames in designated packaging, and enter audit data.
• Identify nonconforming material and communicate issues to supervisors promptly.
• Stage boxes and roll packs, push product to designated area for pickup.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with ISO/IATF/TISAX guidelines.
