Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 5+ years in industrial manufacturing and a strong Lean/TPS background. Relocation may be offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with welding processes and automation integration.

Responsibilities

• Define welding line designs aligned with the factory vision, including manual and automated systems.
• Apply DFM principles to welding for manufacturability and efficiency.
• Implement and validate welding processes, tooling, and robotic solutions.
• Collaborate with automation integrators to drive solutions.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in production.
