Aalo Atomics in Austin, TX is seeking skilled Welders to join our team building the future of advanced nuclear reactors. You will support fabrication, fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance of piping systems, pressure vessels, and facility infrastructure in a hands-on, safe environment.

Role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with engineers and fabrication teams to meet project timelines and quality goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years welding, fitting, or fabrication experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications.
• Experience with structural steel, piping, vessel fabrication, or mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate structural components and piping systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication documents.
• Lay out, fit, align, and assemble components per specifications.
• Measure tolerances using precision tools and verify fit-up.
• Ensure welding is performed safely and to quality standards.
