Job summary

Aalo Atomics, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Field Welder to support the Field Operations team with high-quality welding, fabrication, and field support.

Qualifications

• Proficient in GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding on stainless and carbon steels.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work on-site in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and other materials per procedures.
• Fabrication, repair, fit-up, and installation per drawings and work instructions.
• Travel to facilities, project sites, and vendor locations as required.
• Read and interpret fabrication prints, weld symbols, and technical instructions.
• Inspect completed work for workmanship and conformance with procedures.
• Operate heavy machinery and basic field equipment when qualified.
• Support setup, housekeeping, and maintenance of field work areas and tools.
