  • OR 2 years full-time related occupational experience and a Bachelor's degree in the discipline or in a related discipline.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Industrial Technology department is seeking a positive, supportive, and dynamic Welding Instructor to teach a diverse community of learners. Preference will be given to candidates who are committed to student success, equity, inclusion and the use of the classroom/lab experience to enhance workplace understanding and performance. Responsible for teaching a full range of Welding coursework within the Industrial Technology Program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • 8 years full-time related occupational experience or approved Journey worker status.
  • OR 4 years full-time related occupational experience and an Associate's degree in career field.
  • OR 2 years full-time related occupational experience and a Bachelor's degree in the discipline or in a related discipline.

Compensation: $580 per Equivalent Credit Hours (ECH) May include day, evening and/or weekend classes and will involve travel to other campuses. A teaching demonstration is required as part of the interview process. Hiring process includes passing a background check.
