Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking skilled Welders Mig-Metal for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in Waco, TX. Perform MIG and Flux Core welding, read blueprints, and maintain a safe, organized work area to meet production specs.

Minimum 3 years welding experience (5+ preferred) with Flux Core and MIG. On-site interviews and welding tests will assess abilities. Pay range is $22–$24 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities in a stable industrial environment.

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking dedicated and skilled Welders Mig-Metal 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift to join their dynamic team. As a Welder, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process, ensuring high-quality welds and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Job Title: Welders Mig-Metal 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Range: $22-$24 HR.

Interview Wednesday and Thursday

Shift: 1-6am 430 Monday -Thursday

2-4pm-230 Monday - Thursday

3- Friday sat Sunday 5am -5pm
