Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions LLC is seeking a Welder for our Schulenburg, TX plant. You will contribute to infrastructure projects including drainage systems, pipes, bridges, and stormwater management by performing precise welding.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, marking layouts, aligning parts for welding, and using cutting/plasma tools, while following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding.
• Technical training or welding experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with precision instruments and maintain attention to detail.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Uses template, pattern, scribe, etc. to mark and lay out material.
• Aligns and assembles product for welding using crane, lever hoist ,chains, etc.
• Uses cutting or plasma torch to burn to precision layout.
• Adheres to safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
