Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a Welder/Fabricator in Fremont, OH for 1st shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM). The role involves reading blueprints, preparing materials, fitting components, and welding to produce quality fabricated parts.

Candidates should have fabrication and welding experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, selecting materials, operating equipment, fitting parts to tolerances, and using hand and power tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fabrication experience.
• 1+ year of welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow weld symbols.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery and material-handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime as needed.

Position Overview
