This full-time, direct-hire role offers 1st and 2nd shifts, $21-26 per hour, and opportunities to grow, cross-train, and earn certification through a Welder Qualification Test.

Qualifications

• Ability to read basic work instructions and blueprints.
• Comfortable wearing a welding helmet for extended periods.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance.
• Ability to work overtime when production demands require it.

Responsibilities

• Perform production welding on metal parts and assemblies.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Position, fit, and secure components prior to welding.
• Adjust welding equipment and machine settings as needed.
• Measure parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Finish welds using grinders, wire wheels, and needle guns.
• Operate overhead cranes to move parts safely.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Cross-train and assist in different production areas.
• Follow safety, PPE, housekeeping, and 6S procedures.
