Job summary

Midwest Finishing Systems, Inc. is seeking stable, skilled welders for the Michiana area. The role emphasizes SMAW welding on customized jobs, with blueprint reading preferred and a need for mechanical aptitude. Teams travel 1–2 weeks as projects require, and punctual attendance is essential.

You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and be a reliable team player who adapts to flexible time off. A valid driver’s license and MVR clearance are required to join our project teams in Mishawaka, IN.

Qualifications

• SMAW (stick) experience is a must.
• Blueprint reading experience preferred, but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Join Midwest Finishing Systems on customized welding projects.

Must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactorily pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. DUI, reckless driving, or excessive at-fault accidents may be disqualifying.
