Midwest Finishing Systems, Inc. is hiring in the Michiana area for roles supporting design, fabrication and installation of turnkey finishing and powder coating systems.

The position requires a mechanical aptitude, willingness to travel (1–2 weeks at a time), and the ability to work 60–70 hours per week. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license; attendance is crucial, and per diem travel expenses are provided.

• Blueprint reading is preferred but not required.

Midwest Finishing Systems is a leader in the design, fabrication, and installation of complete turnkey systems for industrial finishing and powder coating applications. We are currently looking for individuals in the Michiana area who like to build and contribute to the overall project and who are not afraid to travel.

• Blueprint reading experience preferred, but not required

• Capable of lifting at least 50lbs

Must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactorily pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. DUI, reckless driving, or excessive at-fault accidents may be disqualifying.
