Job summary

Midwest Finishing Systems in Mishawaka, IN is seeking skilled welders to join our shop fabrication team. You will perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless and mild steel and contribute to turnkey systems for industrial finishing and powder coating applications.

We value mechanical aptitude, good attendance, and teamwork; lifting up to 50 lbs is required; blueprints reading is a plus. We offer highly competitive wages and overtime.

Qualifications

• Prior MIG and TIG welding experience on stainless and mild steel.
• Blueprint reading experience preferred, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude
• Capable of lifting at least 50lbs
• Excellent attendance is necessary
