Job Title: Welder/Steel Fabricator

We are seeking a dedicated Welder/Steel Fabricator for year-round, long-term employment in a NON-Union shop located in the West Valley, Phoenix area. Our expanding manufacturing company is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team immediately.

Applicant Requirements:

1. Experience with MIG and Dual Shield welding.
2. Minimum of 3 years verifiable experience working with structural steel.
3. Ability to pass welding tests in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards.
4. Proficient in reading blueprints and work orders.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Strong math skills for daily shop calculations.
7. Physical ability to lift materials necessary for fabrication.
8. Commitment to maintaining safety at all times.
9. Forklift operation experience.
10. Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential.
