Addictive Desert Designs is a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry and is currently seeking a Welder/Fabricator. This position is eligible for our *Performance Driven Bonus Program*.

Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for fabricating laser-cut automated parts into welded assemblies, tracking daily production counts and flow, building complete assemblies from start to finish including grinding and finishing, and performing MIG welding with minimal TIG welding (training available).

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Welding a variety of steel structures according to CAD print requirements.
• Using basic manufacturing tools as needed per job specifications.
• Reading and understanding product schematics.
• Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
• Ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Adhering to all safety standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Knowledge of production welding and assembly workflows.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, bending, cut-off saws, and grinders.
• Experience with welding and final assembly of complex sheet metal assemblies.
• Self-motivated with timely responses to production metrics.
• Ability to contribute to a positive team environment and prioritize team success.
• Fluent English speaking skills.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance requirements.

Summary of Experience and Education

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or older.
• At least 1 year of experience in welding/fabrication.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a production environment.

Pay and Schedule

• 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
