We’re looking for a motivated Entry‑Level Shop Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role working in our shop to fabricate aluminum and steel components for our glass flooring systems. No prior welding experience required – we’ll train the right person who’s ready to learn.

• Assist in welding and fabrication of aluminum and steel frames.
• Use basic shop tools and equipment.
