Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking Ironworkers and Welders for positions near Cape Canaveral, FL. You will perform steel erection, align and weld structural members according to plans, and work from elevated lifts up to 40–60 feet.

The role requires 3–5 years field experience and a REAL ID; hotel provided with $40 daily per diem for all seven days, and a 50+ hour workweek. Pay is up to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years field experience.
• Must have REAL ID (with star).
• Structural welding experience is a plus.
• Pre-employment screenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Steel erection and welding up to 40-60 feet in a lift putting up precast walls, columns, beams and panels.
• Will also install, connect, and secure structural steel members such as beams, columns, girders, and other framework components according to engineering plans and safety standards.
• Aligning, fastening, and joining steel structural elements using bolts, welds, or other connection methods.

Pay: Up to $35

Per Diem: Hotel provided plus $40 / day for all 7 days

Schedule: Mon - Sat, 50h+ / week
