Job summary

Trillium Staffing is actively seeking experienced structural welders for a Jacksonville, FL project. The position runs on a 7x12 schedule with 70+ hours per week and overtime. Wages are $32/hr plus a $100 per diem, with a five-week outage window and site access required.

You will weld steel loading chutes, perform stick and MIG welding, and fabricate or fit parts as needed. This is a fast-paced, on-site assignment with strict safety and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Experienced structural welder with site-ready documentation.
• Stick and MIG welding experience required.
• Comfortable with 10–12 hour shifts and OT.

Structural Welders needed in Jacksonville, FL!

Scope of Work:

• Welding and fabrication of steel loading chutes
• Structural welding on steel plate and miscellaneous steel components
• Stick and MIG welding, as required
• Fit-up, positioning, and welding of chute components as needed

Qualifications:

• Experienced structural welder
• Stick and MIG welding experience required
• Structural steel/plate welding experience preferred
• Ability to weld in multiple positions preferred
• Must have required documentation for site access
• Must be comfortable working 7 days/week, 10-12 hour shifts
