Opti Staffing Group is seeking a Welder & Assembly Technician for in-person work in Auburn, WA. You will assemble products from drawings, perform full machine assembly, and complete MIG welding and fabrication tasks on day shift.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years MIG welding experience, read technical drawings, and maintain safety and quality standards. This role offers overtime, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a long-established manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with welding, cutting, and full machine assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work effectively in a team and follow safety procedures.
• Must love dogs!

Responsibilities

• Assemble high-quality products using drawings and instructions.
• Perform full machine assembly and MIG welding tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and accurately.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues with the production team.
