Job summary

Gulf Island seeks experienced offshore Pipe and Structural Welders for Houma, LA. You will fabricate and weld structural and piping components to contract specs while adhering to safety and quality standards in challenging outdoor environments.

The role requires at least 2 years of welding experience, ability to pass welding tests (AWS D1.1, ASME IX, API 1104), a valid TWIC, and readiness for pre-employment physicals and drug screening. Strong communication skills are essential.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50-75 lbs), and work outdoors in varying conditions.
