Job summary

Aerotek in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a skilled TIG and MIG welder to produce precision welds on aluminum and stainless steel aerospace components. You will read blueprints, maintain high quality and safety standards, and support assembly tasks using hand tools.

The role is contract-to-hire and onsite, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits. Prior aerospace or high-spec work experience is valued.

TIG AND MIG WELDER UP TO $35 AN HOUR | INTERVIEWING IMMEDIATELY!!

• precision TIG and MIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components for aerospace applications.
• strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret measurements and blueprints, and a commitment to safety and quality
• Execute hardwire MIG welding on aluminum
• Produce high-tolerance, cosmetic-quality welds
• Inspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and adherence to specifications
• Assist with assembly tasks using hand tools
• Prior experience working with aluminum and stainless steel in a production or fabrication setting.
• Exposure to aerospace or other high-specification industries where tight tolerances and cosmetic finishes are critical.
• Familiarity with fabrication processes beyond welding, such as fitting, aligning, and basic metal preparation.
• Comfort using a Bluetooth foot pedal or similar advanced welding controls.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing visually appealing, high-quality welds.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing production needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
