Job Details

• Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG and/or TIG welding according to established processes and specifications
• Assemble and weld components using defined parameters and work instructions
• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and job documentation
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with quality and cosmetic standards
• Complete job tracking paperwork and labor time reporting accurately
• Perform secondary operations such as deburring, metal finishing, and feature additions
• Address minor fitment or dimensional issues while maintaining quality requirements
• Meet or exceed established production and efficiency targets
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 6S standards
• Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment based on training and experience
• Support training and development of other welders to internal standards
• Follow all safety guidelines, work procedures, and standard practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or area coordinator

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Completion of a vocational or certified welding program required
• Demonstrated experience with MIG and/or TIG welding (certification preferred)
• Ability to weld complex parts with limited tooling or fixturing
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality of welds
• Ability to work independently and follow prioritized instructions
• Comfortable working in a production manufacturing environment
