Job summary

Moog in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Welder IV for an onsite 2nd shift position (East Aurora, NY). You will report to the Performance Leader and perform EB, TIG and orbital welding with setup, inspection and maintenance tasks. The role requires strong accuracy and at least 5 years of welding experience.

An HS diploma or GED is preferred; suitable candidates will follow written procedures, interpret welding schedules, and ensure quality in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; otherwise ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• At least 5 years of relevant welding experience.
• Experience with EB welding, TIG welding, and orbital welding in clean room settings.

Responsibilities

• Operate electron beam, TIG, and orbital welding equipment according to procedures.
• Set up and adjust equipment, perform part inspection and preventative maintenance.
• As area cell lead, train technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives.
