Job summary

Xpress Boats in Malvern, AR is seeking a skilled Welder to perform Welder 2 tasks, lead by example in safety and work quality, and mentor junior welders. The role requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding across multiple positions, with the ability to adapt to evolving fabrication needs and maintain production quality.

The candidate will contribute to a strong safety culture and support department leadership to resolve workflow issues and ensure timely, accurate welds across all stations.

Qualifications

• Welder at level 2 or higher, able to perform duties but not limited to welding tasks.
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding processes.
• Capable of recognizing workflow issues and escalating with leadership when needed.
• Strong fabrication understanding to ensure quality welds.
