Xpress Boats in Malvern, Arkansas is seeking a skilled Welder at Welder 3 level to lead fabrication tasks on the shop floor. You will perform MIG and TIG welding, guide Welder 1-2, and ensure smooth workflow while meeting cycle times.

The role emphasizes safety, attendance, and adherence to shop rules, with opportunities to mentor others and demonstrate leadership within a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Proficient in all Welder 2 requirements.
• Proficient in MIG and TIG weld / positions.
• Ability to recognize workflow issues and take necessary action to assist in conjunction with department leadership.
• Understanding of fabrication and correctly fitting parts to ensure quality welds.
• Must be able to provide guidance and instruction when needed to Welder 1 or 2.
• To maintain Welder 3 status, associate must be capable of performing any station in the department while meeting cycle times and a clear understanding that this may be required.
