Veranda Marine Inc is seeking a Welder 1 at our Malvern, AR facility. The role requires proficiency in MIG welding across positions and TIG welding with proper AC settings, amperage, gas, and torch control. You will be responsible for maintaining quality while meeting cycle time expectations on all welds.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding in all positions.
• Knowledge of TIG welding and AC settings.
• Ability to set amperage and gas correctly.
• Familiar with torch angle and rod feeding.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS

• Live and Promotes Company Values
• Proficient in all Welder 1 requirements.
• Knowledge of Hot start (If applicable)
• Proficient in all MIG welds / position.
• TIG AC settings
• Amperage setting
• Gas setting
• Basic knowledge of consumables for TIG welding
• Torch angle and ability to feed rod consistently
• Ability to meet cycle times with acceptable quality on all MIG positions and beginning TIG positions.
