Job summary

The Toro Company in Perry, OK is hiring a Welder to assemble and weld components used in Ditch Witch equipment. The role may operate a robotic welding machine and perform related assembly tasks as part of a cross-functional team.

You will read blueprints, set up fixtures, weld with MIG equipment, inspect welds for quality, and record inventory. A high school diploma and basic math/reading skills are preferred; experience with hand/air tools and SAP is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with experience using hand and air-powered tools.
• Able to read blueprints or technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Read information from blueprints, technical manuals or other documents.
• Set up fixtures, mount parts in fixtures, and perform mechanical assembly using hand and air tools.
• Set up, adjust, and operate MIG welding equipment to weld machine components.
• Inspect welds for quality and record inventory transactions.
