• 2+ years of production welding experience.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality products through wire feed welding.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Move product through the factory using Kanban.
• Train and mentor new employees as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report safety observations.
