Westmor Industries is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aluminum Welder to join our production team in Minnesota. You will tackle a variety of custom welding and fabrication tasks while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Willingness to train the right person.
• Able to complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprint drawings, dimensions, and welding symbols.
• Prepare surfaces and fit aluminum per project specs.
• Set up and adjust welder settings for quality and aesthetics.
• Perform welding tasks in compliance with standards and codes.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Keep workspace safe, clean, and organized.
