Job summary

Noble-X in Wabasha, MN is seeking a Welder for our Thomas Industries facility on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:30 pm–2:00 am). Starting as soon as possible, you’ll weld and assemble metal components with various techniques, reading blueprints as needed, with pay of $25–$30 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/blueprints.
• Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform various welding techniques and equipment.
• Operate power tools such as grinders, saws, and drills.
• Position and clamp components prep to welding.
• Perform basic mathematical measurements for accuracy.
• Rig and move materials.
• Fill out routing information, tags, counts, etc.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
