You will weld in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions, adjust equipment for quality, inspect welds, and maintain a safe, organized work area. 0–3 years of experience preferred; strong attention to detail and basic math skills required. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Manual dexterity and capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in various welding positions and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Weld using MIG and TIG techniques to join metal components.
• Weld in flat, vertical, horizontal and overhead positions.
• Adjust welding equipment for desired quality and measurements.
• Cut, shape and assemble metal parts using common tools.
• Interpret blueprints to determine fabrication requirements.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance with specs.
• Identify and correct welding defects and maintain a clean work area.
