Job summary

Brunswick Fort Wayne Operations is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. You will perform welding tasks across GMAW/GTAW processes, with emphasis on aluminum work, reading prints, and following process sheets. The role supports production of pontoons and related components within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years welding experience (GMAW/GTAW).
• Aluminum welding experience preferred (GMAW/GTAW).
• Vocational training or welding certificate preferred.
• Ability to read and follow prints and instructions.
• Proficient with basic computer use and email.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks safely and to quality standards.
• Operate welding equipment per guidelines and verify work against prints.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Use air tools (screw guns, drills, sanders, grinders) as needed.
• Operate chop saws and band saws.
• Understand fabrication parts and communicate needs to team.
