Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc is seeking Welders I–III for evening shifts (3pm–11pm, M–F) to assemble and weld components for product lines. Tasks include MIG, aluminum, TIG and robotic welding, interpreting drawings, and supporting safe, efficient fabrication processes.

Requirements include a high school diploma or certification, basic welding experience, and crane certification. Depending on level, responsibilities range from basic welding to complex aluminum TIG and robotic welding.

Responsibilities

• Welder I: comply with site safety rules and operate equipment safely.
• Flex across products and areas to support business needs.
• Provide training to new or learning workers.
• Follow established procedures and interpret engineering drawings.
• Assist with robotic welder operations.
• Welder II: MIG and Stick welding, troubleshoot welding issues.
• Welder III: TIG welding of aluminum, complex components, operate robotic welder.
