Job description

Under direct supervision, performs simple, basic welding applications.

Understand how to perform visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications.

Develop skills to read and interpret blueprints.

Assist the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving welding problems to improve throughput.

Support team objectives and learn to pass periodic welding tests and qualifications in compliance with procedures.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  3. Read and interpret blueprints.
  4. Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting welding issues.

  • Ability to interpret blueprints, welding specifications, and procedures.
  • Ability to use welding measurement devices such as squares, levels, and tape measures.
Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to 1 year of experience.
