Austin Industrial is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Welder Helper to support welding and maintenance activities at the Olin facility in McIntosh, Alabama. The Welder Helper assists welders with the preparation, fabrication, installation, and repair of equipment, piping, and structural components while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Qualifications Required for this Position:
Education – High School Diploma or GED minimum.
Experience – 6+ months experience in an Industrial setting preferred.
Certification/License - TWIC Card and Driver License
