Job summary

Peak Utility Services Group in Hope, AR seeks a Welding Foreman to oversee daily welding operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate workflow across projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years of welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Proven leadership skills in managing a team of welders.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and project managers.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License within two weeks of employment.
• Candidates must pass criminal and MVR background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

The Welding Foremenis responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our welding department which includes supervise welding activities, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating workflow, and maintaining quality standards. Theymanage a team of weldersand ensure the completion of welding projects efficiently on time and within budget. Aspiringindividuals with a leadership mindset are suitablefor this profession.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
