Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate structural steel components for utility and telecom projects.
• Interpret detailed blueprints and engineering specs.
• Cut, fit, and weld steel using GMAW spray transfer and other processes.
• Inspect finished work to ensure AWS standards compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
