Job summary

CECO Environmental in Denton, TX is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Peerless Separation & Filtration team. You'll work on FITS and WELLS, weld, fit, and assemble across multiple product lines, ensuring quality and safety.

Experience with GMAW, FCAW, GTAW and strong math for precise measurements is preferred. On‑the‑job lean manufacturing training and compliance with engineering documentation are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Perform burning, fitting, welding, and grinding of product assemblies.
• Layout, position, align, and fit components to engineering specs.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to production schedules and deadlines.
