CECO Environmental in Texas is seeking a Welder/Fabricator focused on FITS and WELLS across filtration and assembly lines. You will perform burning, fitting, welding, and grinding to tight specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong math skills for precise measurements, and experience reading fabrication drawings; knowledge of GMAW, FCAW, GTAW is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Strong math skills for accurate measurement and assembly.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing training on lean manufacturing.
• Burning, fitting, welding, and grinding of assemblies.
• Layout, position, align, and fit components per specs.
• Ensure quality and safety to meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow policies.
