Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced welder/fabricator to join a busy shop in Watertown, MA. The role involves reading blueprints, cutting, forming, welding, assembling and finishing metal components and structures.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating MIG/TIG/Stick welders, plasma cutters and grinders; fitting, welding and finishing steel, stainless and aluminum parts; measuring to tight tolerances and conducting quality checks. Safety, teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years welding/fabrication experience.
• Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Valid NY driver's license; forklift experience a plus.
• Welding certification (AWS or other) but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE
