ADP, Inc. in Flemington, NJ seeks a reliable welder/fabricator to join our team. This hands-on role performs MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and fabricates components for industrial machines.

You will read blueprints, fit and assemble parts, operate grinders, saws and drills, and inspect welds to ensure strength and adherence to specifications. Overtime is occasionally available. We value detail, safety, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our welding team. This role involves welding and fabiracting various components for industrial machines using a stainless steel and a variety of tools. This is a hands on position that requires strong mechanical aptitude, percision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
• Fabricate and assemble metal components to required dimensions and tolerances
• Operate tools and equipment commonly used in metal fabrication (grinders, saws, drills, etc.)
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot fitment, alignment, and welding issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and welding standards

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to weld stainless steel and other metals
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment

Job Type:

• Full time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay: $20-$28 per hour

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license
• Subject to pre-employement physical and drug screening
