Job summary

The Reserves Network is seeking a Welder/Fabricator in Milwaukee, WI, for a temporary-to-hire role. You will MIG weld, grind, and finish a variety of metals from blueprints to completion, including railings, stairs, and fences.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, cutting, drilling, and welding; measuring to 16ths of an inch; and lifting up to 50 lbs. Excellent pay and a path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills, including converting fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• MIG welding experience required; TIG welding a plus.
• Valid WI driver’s license for insurance purposes.
• Reliable attendance is essential.

As a Welder/Fabricator, you will take projects from blueprint to completion, working on railings, stairs, fences, and more. This role involves MIG welding, grinding, and finishing a variety of metals. If you have strong math skills, blueprint reading experience, and enjoy hands-on work, this opportunity is for you.
