Job description

Full time positions available. Reliable transportation required. Hand tools required. Drug-free workplace; must pass drug test.

Positions Available:

1. Welder: MIG, TIG & stick welding; certification preferred. Experience with carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Must be able to read drawings and safely use shop equipment & forklift. Keep your area clean and organized while working safely.
2. Fabricator: Welder who can also fabricate miscellaneous and structural steel including rails, stairs, columns, beams, and repair work. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and safely use shop tools and equipment & forklift. Keep your area clean and organized while working safely.
3. Foreman: Working foreman who can weld & fabricate miscellaneous and structural steel including rails, stairs, columns, beams, and repair work. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and safely use shop tools and equipment & forklift. Responsible for assisting welders and fabricators in their daily duties while keeping the work area clean and organized.
4. Supervisor: Working supervisor who can weld, fabricate, and take on foreman and supervisor duties including all of the above plus daily scheduling, job scheduling, bidding, and estimating. Oversee shop including Foreman, Fabricators & welders to ensure safety and productivity.
5. CNC Operator: Welder, fabricator & foreman who can run CNC fabrication equipment. Must be able to use a computer, read drawings, and solve problems.
6. Estimator & Project Manager: Bid jobs from contract drawings to GCs, find and put jobs on the bid board, assist walk-in customers with their projects, project manage the job including purchasing, change orders, RFIs, drawing review and submittals, subcontractor assignment, scheduling, and job coordination, monthly billing.
